Mary W. Myers, M.S., R.D., a registered dietitian with 20 years experience, has a private nutrition consultant practice in Freehold. Her office is conveniently located less than a mile from Centra State Medical Center in Freehold Township. Mary has worked as a clinical dietitian and nutrition coordinator at New York -Presbyterian Medical Center with specialization in renal disease, weight management, hypertension, hyperlipidemias and diabetes. With extensive experience counseling individuals and groups, Mary helps her clients make healthier food choices. Her practice stresses the importance of long-term dietary and life style changes. For clients with medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol Ms. Myers provides medical nutrition therapy.

Education:
Mary received a bachelor of science degree in dietetics from Oneonta State University, N.Y. and a masters of science degree in Human Nutrition from Hunter College, N.Y. Ms. Myers completed her dietetic internship at The New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center, now named New York-Presbyterian Medical Center. Ms. Myers is registered with the American Dietetic Association and is a member of the New Jersey Dietetic Association. Mary has also completed training as an intrinsic coach.
